Ultimate Blouser LLC warrants this Product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1: Labor: For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, Ultimate Blouser LLC will replace the Product, or Part at no charge less shipping & handling.

2: Parts: In addition, if instructions were followed during application of the Press-On Tape to the prescribed footwear, and the tape looses adhesion, Ultimate Blouser LLC will replace the Tape, at no charge if the returned Tape is found to have been defective. The consumer bears full responsibility for applying the Press-On Tape onto their footwear.

E-6000 and Press-On Tape are intended to (permanently) bond to inner footwear of military combat boots following the directions given. E-6000 applied to hot weather combat boots, without a lining may soak to outer boot if directions are not followed. E-6000 and Press-On Tape may leave residue on inner combat boots if removed. Footwear lined with light fabrics, such as Gortex, may tear if Tape is applied, then forcibly removed. If E-6000 and Press-On Tape are applied to footwear, the consumer bears full responsibility. Ultimate Blouser LLC is not liable for possible damage to footwear that may result from the application, or removal of these products.

To obtain warranty service, you must take or deliver the Product or Part to our business address above. You must pay for delivery charges if shipped. If the Product or parts are determined to be defective, Ultimate Blouser LLC will replace the Product, or Part and pay for return shipping.

The warranty does not cover customer instruction and installation problems.

The warranty does not cover any Products, which are damaged due to acts of God, accidents, misuse, negligence, modifications of, or to any part of the Product.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance.

The warranty is valid only in the United States including all U.S. over seas military installations.

Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the bill of sale, which is evidence that the unit was purchased within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.

Replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Ultimate Blouser LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
